I always recommend CoQ10 to everyone. A co-worker told me about it in 2010 to help boost my immune system from respiratory infections. When I first took it as I was getting sick it kept me from have an upper respiratory infection. I have bought Spring Valley one for years now. They're prices are reasonable and since COVID EVERY other pharmacy and brands have OVERPRICED CoQ10 into the $20s or more. They were NEVER that high. Just consumer rip-off. Spring Valley has remained consistent in prices and product. I've never been disappointed.
