I got these for my husband as he works outside quite a bit. He had been getting sick from the heat. With these he just runs cold water over them and places one around his neck and shoulders and wraps one around his head. No problems since. They stay cool for hours and just take a minute to rewet when they start to dry.

The cooling towels are working just as they were advertised. Some of my epilepsy medications I take can cause me to sweat and become overheated. These towels work perfectly.
