The silly beltlet you can cut off. Belt loops hide the loose ends. I REALLY like the cargo pockets in front instead of sides. You can loosen off the cuffs to go over boots, but still gather them to work with flips. Nice. I bought another few pairs (olive is my favorite) to store away in case they go out of production.
