I have been taking these softgels since they came into my hands when I started noticing problems with my vision. After trying it I went to the ophthalmologist a couple of weeks ago to find out if something was wrong. I was very surprised when the ophthalmologist told me that the vision had improved a lot after astaxanthin, this supplement is the only thing I started taking, My ophthalmologist also told me that astaxanthin can significantly reduce the risk of developing macular degeneration later in life, which is a great advantage in my opinion. Now I'm wondering if it might have helped my blood pressure too. So I am completely convinced and definitely plan to continue taking astaxanthin, albeit in the form of a combined CoQ10 + 12mg astaxanthin supplement, indefinitely.
