Unbelievable

I love the tire I already had them on my vehicle had to purchase two for replace. But I am horribly dissatisfied with Walmart auto center on brook road in Richmond Virginia as well as wal mart in whole because I purchased the value installation package which cost around 60$ and when I got to the Walmart the auto department told me that they don't “think” my tires will fit in there machine to balance it not only would they not check and no customers but one single person was getting serviced at the time but in my opinion they are just a lazy group who didn't even want to try to deal with big tires but my thing is wal mart why sell me tires with an installation package with the possibility that your auto center will not be able to or will refuse to try and even put them on a vehicle it's diabolical

I'm very disappointed in the service I'm getting. I ordered 4 tires last week and I still only have 3 tires. Order keeps being delayed. I was told to cancel and reorder. The cancelled order end up being delivered at the Deltona Walmart but now they're telling me I can't purchase it because it's a DotCom order. The Reorder that was made is still delayed. I'm not understanding why I can buy an item from the store that's still connected with Walmart. I'm extremely disgusted with the lack of care for the Deltona Walmart Auto Manager Hector for not even being concerned about a simply transaction. I literally had a DotCom supervisor on the phone and the Auto department Manager at the time ignored my request to speak with him about this matter. Walmart needs to explain to me why can't I buy an item the was delivered from the online store. It makes no sense to Order another tire when I can see the physical tire that was delivered for me before they told me to cancel it.

going on my 2nd set of these. that ride like a highway tread but have an aggressive appearance. they are super rugged, and durable. as they get closer to the tread wear gauge, they do roar a little.
