Will not install tpms when installing tires!

Walmart will not install tpms sensors but will say they did in the receipt. This is highly deceptive. I hate the tire center at Walmart, the people working there do not care, they wanted $30 per tire to install tpms sensors when the tire install explicitly includes tpms service.
