My hubby and I put it together by our self's,really needed 3 people for the frame assembly. My hubby finished the rest by himself. I did put the curtains %26 netting up. Only complaint I have is the type of screws %26 the little wrench was a pain, but again hubby had a bit on his electric drill that worked. Also the hooks for the curtains need to be better quality such as metal instead of plastic, as they don't slide well. But in all very happy with it….

Customer service was very nice but made me uneasy that email responses came into my junk folder and is in Asia so responses would come in 2 am my time. Finally got connected and missing parts were sent but again the most important missing parts was not sent. Had to go through email process again and missing parts finally arrived. Total process took almost a month. Interaction with customer service was very nice but was definitely frustrated. Can tell they did their beat to fix issue.
