Fun show

This is a fun show. A few episodes are a little rough around the edges - quick editing, as if there was way more show than they could fit in an hour. But overall the acting and feel is top notch. Now, I am open to media adaptations of books. If you love the books, as I do, and you DON'T tolerate change well, you will be a little disappointed. While they did keep a lot of things from the books, they did change quite a bit. The trademark jacket and car are gone. But they DO keep the character dynamics of most characters - Karrin, Morgan. Overall, if you can place this in an alternate reality version - it's a fun exploration and a great performance by Blackthorne.

An enjoyable product

I am happy to have the season's complete show as we watched The Dresden Files weekly when it was on tv and hope it will return. Definitely would purchase this set again.

Fun Series

My husband and I watched this series when it originally aired on SciFi and were really disgusted when they cancelled it. We are currently reading the books and thoroughly enjoying them also. Yes, the TV show is different from the books, but it's still a lot of fun in it's own right and I'm sorry that it is only one season.
