Shipping was terrible

The book is what my son needed for his class, however the shipping was horrible. The expected arrival date passed with no delivery. When I called to find out why after three weeks the delivery date had been updated to ""delayed"", I found out the book never left the store. They did not ship until after I tried to cancel my order.
