Nautica Men's Solid Deck Interlock Polo Shirt

The product is outstanding but I will probably not order anymore. The reason is I inadvertently ordered 2 of the same shirt in the same size online and then immediately contacted the company by chat to ask for a reduction to one. The contact said it would be no problem and then cut me off. When I tried to resume a chat, I was told there was no one available. I then sent an email which was not answered until after the order had been mailed. I was told to return the extra short for credit but I would have to pay the postage. I believe. I have contacted your company in plenty of time to have the order changed. I should not be charged with the mailing charges and should not have had to mail it back even though it was my initial mistake. Thus while I have used your product for years ( purchased at Steinmart while it was open), I will find another provider.

I bought them for my husband, he is very picky about the fabric, and he loved this ones. He told me that they were a bit long (I order one size up of what he usually wears), but since he gained some weight during quarentine, the fit was perfect. We bought several of the same model but in different colors. Its all he wears now.
