Great connection. Easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Connectivity just works. Had a lot of issue with other brands. But this one has been really reliable. After 1 month I had 0 connection issues. Battery usage could improve, looks like the battery will last less than 2 months.

A surprise so nice I had to have it twice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never heard of Schlage until I bought my first home, that was a new build, in 2020. The house came with the Encode Smart WiFi deadbolt. I grew to love the experience and how well connected and secure it was. My favorite feature is being able to create codes for family and friends to be able to access our house when we are away. I liked it so much that when I bought another home that didn't have the Encode, I immediately got online and ordered the exact same one (just in Matte Black). The app experience has only gotten better over the years and despite the higher price compared to other companies, they don't offer the level of functionality or connectivity that I prefer to have. Frankly I love not having to carry around an extra key in my pocket and this is great for that!

Love my lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was super easy to install and I love that everyone has their own codes - easier for them to remember and for us to see who's coming and going. I also love the alerts I get in case 1 of my kids tries to leave, we don't need the baby handle lock anymore. I love the app and the ability to remove access codes.
