Great purchase But ?

I use my Reeboks daily for walking. I found them extremely comfortable and neat fitting. But a little glitch happened with the heel of one of them. I reported this is a telephone conversation with them, situation was sorted out by 2 wonderful Reebok ladies over the phone. I reckon this was a very rare occurrence and everything was sorted out to everyone's satisfaction. I would or rather will not have any hesitation in buying Reebok again.
