Excellent!

This is non-GMO, gluten Free, dairy Free, soy Free and vegetarian friendly so it is good quality. I wanted to find something that helped with PMS issues and got this. I do feel better when I take it and they are easy to swallow and dont taste odd so I will continue to buy it

Life changer!

This product is one of the best that I have tried! I am 45 and I am facing Perimenopause symptoms! I feel great again! I have notice that my hair and my face looks better! I feel calm and focused and finally I have control my emotions again! Highly recommend!!

Good for pms

I love the high quality of these. I love that I can trust them since they took the extra mile to ensure they are non-GMO and dairy free. Even my daughter, who is vegetarian, feels comfortable taking these. They don't have a bad after taste for me, and I will continue to buy for myself and my daughter.
