I'm glad that you had this part made of aluminum. I've replaced 3 times the same thermostat housing made of plastic even OEM parts. I hope this piece is gonna last long time.

I had spend more than $200.00 on the plastic ones, all of them soon or later started leaking always at the worst time, with this one made of alumminum i think that will never happen again. Oh and it's cost is 75 % of the "bad ones".

It looks solid and is metal, it should be an improvement over the OEM plastic one. I havent installed it yet.
