Ratio-2:2 love it in my house
This is one of our favorite new cereals. Due to recently discovering I have Pompe (a rare form of MD) and now live on high protein, low sugar diet , this is a nice change from eggs for breakfast. It's lovely dry or with a bit of almond milk. It maintains its crunch and flavor. We've purchased it multiple times but watch for sales, it can be pricey.
