Outstanding olive oil. This is one of the best tasting extra organic virgin olive oils out there on the mass market. I dip my pink salmon in it as I am eating it. I dip my baked chicken in it as I am eating it. I marinate with it. It is very, very good. I have had many, many bottles of this.

Good quality for the price

Ok, so this is not an artisanal oil from single farm in Spain. (Or even ten farms in Spain.) However, for one quarter of the cost, you get a blended oil with good consistency and a strong enough pleasant flavor to really stand out in your oil-forward recipes like pesto, tabouli, shrimp scampi, and just herb-indused dipping oil. I have bought it repeatedly. Do I have my stash of the really great, peppery stuff for when guests come over? Yes. But this oil is at a price point that I can justify cooking with it.
