Perfect pan for bread!

I love these pans for ease of baking bread when I'm giving them as gifts. They are so easy to put parchment paper in such that you can lift out the bread. Even without parchment paper, releasing the bread is a breeze by simply slightly pulling each side away from the bread, then turning the bread upside down to see the bread slide right into your hand. I then wrap in fresh loaf (either sliced or not) in parchment paper, then in plastic wrap large enough to pull up to the top and tie with string into a tight bow. Makes for a simple but lovely gift with a disposable container of real butter, and a jar of homemade preserves. You can even reuse these several times if you want as they clean up rather easily.
