I give this a 5 because it would have been helpful if Walmart would have delivered the thermometer instead of the extra sleeves I called to let them know I really needed the thermometer but they refused to make good buy the person who didn't pick the right thing. I still need it . I live in a nursing facility for my wound and they don't always keep a thermometer on hand when my temperature needs to be taken.
