Great Shower, faulty handle and valve
Like other reports, we love the shower but handle and possibly the inner valve are faulty. House was completed in fall of 2020, a number of months in the handle got real loose, tightened it and stripped it and still trying to get fixed

Handle strips easy
We purchased the Tisbury shower only model and enjoy the rainfall showerhead, however we have now replaced the handle itself 3 times. The handle strips even on the lightest touch over a period of time (about a year). Pfister does stand by the warranty and continues to replace the handle with no charge. For a shower that is used daily for a Family of 6 I would not recommend this model. Onto warranty request number four (4) today.......
