I have tried several hydration products and this one tastes better by far. The lemon actually tastes like lemonade. It also works better than the rest. It has less sodium and sugar. It also has more potassium and vitamin C than most. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested in true hydration at a fair price. P.S. the lemon and the berry are my personal favorite!
