Made from aircraft quality 6061-t6 solid stock aluminum that is hand tig welded using cad designed weld fixtures for consistent high quality. All grilles come with easy to install mounting hardware and easy to read installation instructions. Westins billet grilles & bumper inserts are tested to assure durable construction and a long lasting finish. Cross bars are machined & formed from "solid stock" not cheap extruded "e" channel. "Polished" finish provides a perfect match with the brightest chrome finish. All materials used in the production of our products are purchased from american mills.
