I've been using these for years. Cuts down on the amount of cigarettes. I smoking a day. Plus I don't wake up dying for a cigarette and have to stop what I'm doing to go. Smoke. There as good as any of the name brands. They're also as good as any of the other generics. I've had worse. But I can't say I've had better. It'll get the job done.
