Great Product

You cant go wrong with this hose. It's metal, flexible and quality. Replace the o-rings when they wear out and this should last you forever. Spend the money and buy quality. It will out last those plastic ones 5 to 1.

Great Customer Service

Installed a 57713 Slide Bar Hand Shower In Stainless ten years ago. It is a summer place so it only had six years of use when the outer casing separated from the hand held part. Called Customer Service, no hassle no problem. The repalcement is on its way. Thanks Delta CS.

shower hose

This is the second of our Delta hoses to start flaking and leaking and our house in only three years old. We need a replacement hose for the hand held shower fixture, but I am afraid to buy the same product. They show a "stretch" hose but I'm not sure about that. Be aware the paint will flake off and the hose will start leaking.
