The appearance of the garland is good as far as shape goes. It looks pretty realistic but of course is fake. It does have some shine since its plastic. At first it also smiles have a strong plastic scent but then it goes away. Do not buy if you plan on using this garland alone. It's VERY VERY skinny and skimpy. It will work great as filler to make other garland/wreaths look fuller but not on its own. Good for layering. Overall happy with the garland since I knew what to expect. Not bad if you buy several pieces to layer together for a fuller look.

Not so great Norfolk pine garland

I was disappointed with this garland as it's sparse and the pine needles are plastic and hard to the touch. Too late to return as shipping took awhile, so I'm going to work with it. I'm using it on my stairwell and hoping I can beef it up with some ornaments and ribbon to make it appear more fuller.
