Plastic Anchors are garbage

I followed the instructions and used the enclosed parts rather than drilling and using my own anchors. That was a big mistake. The plastic anchors are terrible and break halfway into the wall. Removing them just leaves giant holes that regular anchors now won't fit.

Don't buy

There is no screw to secure the towel rack to the base pieces on the wall. The rack has crashed down several times when the towel is taken from it. The towel rack has damaged the linoleum floor in the bathroom in 4 places.
