What a great steal!!

Tv is wonderful!!! Got it part of the Black Friday deal. It was amazingly cheap. Got a surround sound as well. Hung up with my hubby in less than 20 minutes! We purchased a hangman tv mount super easy!! Tv quality is amazing can't even tell it's a cheaper brand!! Sound quality is also great! I have it hooked up to surround speakers and it sounds like our own personal movie theater In- home!! No lines! No blur! Epic picture quality!! Glad I purchased this!

Horrible

Record tv and it was broken. I bought it at the Black Friday price. It was delivered the next day. When I plugged in tv set it up I got red and white lines. See photo. Called store and they had no more in stock (as no stores did so I couldn't exchange. Even if another Walmart did have it they would not give me the Black Friday price per the staff at the store I returned to. This was a total bait and switch and I feel like they took me for more money. I needed to get the tv as my mother just came home from the hospital after having surgery for her cancer. I had no choice but to buy another tv (they did give me the 228.00 back) but the cheapest television they had in the store was 398.00. Because of my mother coming home from the hospital I wanted her comfortable with a new tv that she could see without her glasses (reason I did not go smaller in size). I immediately called the store when I realized that the tv was broken. They assured me that they would put one to the side for me. When I got to the store no one knew who this employee was. I had his name. So, because the manufacturer or Walmart could not do anything for me I had to spend more money. This was no black Friday deal. It was a total waste of precious time I could have spent with my mom. Instead I spent 1 1/2 hours to talk with a manager and try to make them understand that this was wrong I feel like it was bait and switch on the part of Walmart. Photo is of the tv when turned on. I also did find the reset button on the back of tv and reset the tv with no results. Walmart sold it and should take this up with the manufacturer. I wonder how many others this happened to.

Damaged/Broken Tv!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! When the ServicePro came to install the tv. We discovered it was badly damaged. Walmart refused to replace it %26 only gave an option for refund. Brought the TV on Black Friday for $228 %26 now the price is the normal price of $398. So they wanted me to rebuy it at a higher price even though it arrived damaged. The representatives were extremely rude %26 offered no solution. One told me it was holiday policy not to replace the Tv! I will never purchase another TV from the walmart!
