Love 'Em

I've owned these Delta Pop-Up drains for 5+ years. They look great. Our faucets are wall mounted so a lever actuated drain is not an option. These require maintenance but 10 minutes a year is not a big deal. The pop-up assembly is easy to unscrew (hand tight), brush it clean and spray a bit of lithium grease or WD-40 & it's good for another year.

Looks great but does not pop up

We have two of these that are a little over a year old. One of them has not worked correctly for some months. It does not pop back up when you close the drain. I have unscrewed it, but I cannot get it to pop up at all any more. It seems like many here have had the same problem.
