Shame on the person who pulled the order, They had to have seen it was busted, but shipped it anyway! (unless a computer pulled it, which I doubt) I complained to Walmart (got a credit) and with-in 2 days I had a replacement that arrived in outstanding condition! So overall I am 100% satisfied! :)

If you can love a toilet seat
I had gotten tired of the seat cracking in one place and the white duct tape had over stayed its welcome. If one can love a toilet seat I love this one. A simple light push and the seat lowers its self with a gently thump. It was easy to install, I had already done it with 3 other seats all the same brand which cracked in the same place. I decided to try something different, this was on sale, always a good thing, easy to install. Looks nice the black hinge is good. The slow closure has made me less anxious since I can wait for it. As for all the prompts for this review it is a toilet seat goes on like most others. Once it was tightened, it has stayed in place.

Looks great but I won't really know about the quality until it is installed for awhile. My last toilet seat lasted for about 5 years. Seems like nothing is made like it used to be. Growing up I don't think we ever replaced a toilet seat but now 5 to 7 years it max.
