While I am not expecting, it’s common knowledge that prenatal vitamins offer a woman the most comprehensive mix of vitamins, leading to healthier & stronger hair, skin, nails, etc. I felt these were advertised more toward women in general which I liked. You can’t just toss these back with a beverage or you’ll get an upset stomach, it’s meant to be taken with a meal. Can’t beat the price btw!

My wife decided to try this herself. shes not currently pregnant but has given birth 6 times so far & nursed each baby. Due to gene mutations she has had a difficult time finding a comprehensive & clean multivitamin over the years that actually helps/works for her...she said she wishes she would have had this during her pregnancies (& EU Naturals probiotics) because she feels it's would have beneficial to her body, including while breastfeeding.
