what instructions that are given make no sense. when you go to the help section online it tells you what to do however there are no reset buttons on any four devices nor can you manually enter in the information because it then says incorrect which again makes no sense because I can read and I am entering correct numbers off devices. bad bad bad. oh yeah and the "support" they offer don't expect anything real quick. a week now and I only have gotten good day please describe issues. which I explained in six emails trying to get help
