Love our new gazebo. We were originally going to build a screened in porch. Covid hit, wood prices skyrocketed and we went to plan B. I'm happy with our choice. We love the space it has created. The only words of advice is once you start putting the roof panels on, don't stop. We did and the wind blew each panel off and it was a mess to try to put back on. Also the instructions don't include words, so pay special attention to the details in the pictures, it's easy to overlook something. Also once the framing is up, the instructions don't clearly explain that some of the steps are not mirrored but the opposite layout.
