workout changer!

so i recently got into fitness & being healthy & for a while i was just going to the gym and doing my workouts, but i found that i didn't have much energy to do more than around 30-40 minutes of exercise, then i went into aussie supps & they showed me C4, i tasted the pink lemonade one & just loved the flavour, so i brought it and tried it the next day and ended up doing a 2 hour workout because i just had so much energy to keep going! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for something that is going to give you energy & tastes great! Can't wait to try the other flavours!

Great but not noticing the difference

I've been using C4 for over a year now and it's my go-to pre-workout (2 months on and 1 month off it). The current review applies to both the new and old generation: Great pump and mixes real well. Got an extra few seconds w/ both my ATP-PC system and C4. Thanks again for the hookup.

Excellent product, do not hesitate!

It's Cellucor, so you know it is a quality product either way. As an EMT, I trust their products to give me the edge I need. -Flavor: Icy Blue Razz -Taste Rating: 9/10, I personally prefer pink lemonade. -Mixability: mixed perfectly with 600mL of room temp to cool water, no chunks. -Dosing: 1 scoop 20mins prior to workout. Once I got to the gym, I would take another 1/2 scoop before I started and put another 1/2 scoop in my water to drink intraworkout. Every time I took the new C4, I ALWAYS got that tingly, no jitters, amp up I love. If you want to take your workouts to the next, next level don't waste your time elsewhere, grab a can of the new C4 and rock on!
