Sizing is not the normal

I wear a 14...I ordered a 14 but it fits more like a size 10. I have contacted them 3 times about how to return but no response...I have not worn it because I can see by looking that it will not fit and I didn't want to rip the threads trying it on. I am losing weight but it won't happen that fast for this summer so I am stuck w/ a swimsuit 3 sizes too small. Beware of their sizing!! Plus it's in metric....I don't know about you but I don't want to try to figure that out...and apparently I didn't! I just want to return it !
