I'm very happy with this mat. I have messy eaters, so I needed something to protect my hardwood floors, and this works great. I use it under my cat's food bowl, and it keeps everything from getting onto the floor. Super helpful because he gets wet food all over the place when he eats. I was using a placemat before, but this is much better. It's durable, stays in place, and keeps the mess on the mat. And being able to put it in the dishwasher is a huge plus! I plan on ordering another one to use under my dog and cat's water fountain since it helps keep spills off the hardwood floors.
