I've been looking for an EGCG supplement for a while. This one has everything I've been looking for! I'm happy to have added them to my daily vitamin regimen. I bought these pills for energy and for the green tea benefits. This is actually my second bottle and they really work great for me. I'm a sluggish type person in the mornings, so I take two of these and I feel like I can do anything! lol. I am not a big green tea person for some reason, so i also use these to get those extra benefits that come with drinking green tea. I haven't experienced any weight loss, which I'm not looking for either. These pills don't have a nasty aftertaste and I would highly recommend for anyone who doesn't really drink tea and wants the benefits, and also if you have issues with energy at times.
