Feel free to adjust your lights further by taking advantage of the dimming feature when using a dimming capable ballast.
- PLUG & PLAY - Use these as a direct replacement to your existing fluorescent tube lights that make use of the ballast already in your ceiling fixture. - BALLAST BYPASS - Not using a ballast? Feel free to hardwire these directly since these can handle single end or dual end powered connections. Capable of both 120V and 277V wiring installations and can work with existing shunted lamp holders/tombstones when dual end connected. Fine, but learn about it first
These tubes are fine and you can install them different ways. But make sure to LEARN FIRST. Just plugging in LED tubes won't solve a problem that is in the fixture or ballast, and won't save much energy either. The best way to use the LEDs is to disconnect the ballast first -- but you have to know how, and to be safe around wiring. Learn, then buy.
