Possible answer to some negative reviews

My touchless feature also stopped. Discovered a bottle of lotion sitting approximately six inches away from the sensor caused it to time out. Moved the bottle and it has worked ever since.

Beautiful with one problem

High quality construction but Moen missed the functionality. One touch point is cumbersome. My opinion is that it needed to be higher and more visible. You really have to look for it

A little disappointed

I was very excited about ordering this high arc touch-less kitchen faucet to replace a different type that didn't have the high arc and was always wetting us. Our disappointment came after using and discovering that when using the sensor feature - the water output pressure is not adjustable and the full force pressure wet everywhere and only if we used the non-sensor handle; we could then adjust the output pressure - thus really defeating the idea of using a touchless sensor, especially for the high cost of this item. It would have been nice if that was in the product literature prior to buying. My present compromise was to get under the sink and reduce the hot and cold water valve pressure by partially close them to an acceptable pressure output for the sensor feature.
