They are very plump and soft they are not flat at all they support ur head really good the only thing I hated was the fact there was no instructions I got them out of the box and I was like what there is nothing telling you they are not fluffy when u get them they are vacuum sealed I had to work on them for like 20 minutes to get all the stuffing apart in them but it was worth it
