Exercise your hands, fingers and forearms all at once with a wider grip as you lift. Simulating a thick bar works more muscles than smaller bars. The 1.9-inch diameter challenges those smaller muscles in your hands and wrist while also working bigger muscles in your forearm. The silicone rubber material allows for a comfortable grip and eases the pressure on joints while you lift. Thick bar grips help prevent injury while you exercise.
