Comfy, amazing service! Sizes inconsistent between styles

The shoes are top notch quality and the customer service was amazing! Is so refreshing getting a call from the area code where the company is based instead of overseas. My only comment is that these 10.5 size shoes are much tighter than the previous 10.5 I bought. Same company but different style of shoe, my last pair were cap toes and these are not. The sole is comfy, I'm on my feet all day, and so far no complaints other than the tighter fit. In hindsight I should have retuned and gotten 11s, but now they're broken in and I don't feel like I could do that.
