I was working on 2 cadillac ct4's. I needed to erase crash data on one and an airbag light. The unit showed a communication error after going through the prompts. It worked fine on a 2015 escalade... being able to read the airbag module with no problem. My issue is with customer support on this unit. I reached out to them to ask if the unit supported my newer cadillacs. After over a week of no response I returned the unit.
