You need this for your Health!

This book is the best diet book ever. It really works and it is very realistic when it comes to your lifestyle. Yes! You can have carbs, you just gotta know how to do it! I love it! I lost 4 lbs. the first week and 3 lbs the second week and I am still going! And I am not hungry! You need this for your health and well being!

The Best Out There!!!

I bought this book after a nurse practitioner reccomended it to me. I struggled with weight after my first baby, and now I have 3 kids. I finally lost 20 lbs after starting this program. I have lost 20 lbs in 3 months. It really works, it fits into a busy lifestyle, and it is easy to follow when you have a family to feed. It is a healthy diet that I now reccomend to everyone that wants to loose weight. It is not just for people with I.R. or PSOS. It is for everyone. The diet really does help with hunger and cravings, and makes you feel better on a whole. I highly reccomend this book to anyone wanting to live a healthier lifestyle.
