These undies have served me well so far in terms of absorbency. I hand washed them at night and air dried them overnight a couple of times so they were ready to go in the morning. My waist and hips are about 30" and 36" and fit isn't quite right for my body but not bad enough to return them. The waist felt almost comically high and rather tight, but the butt felt a bit loose.

I love high waisted things in general, and this pair of underwear is no exception. It is extremely flattering and makes me feel more confident even when i'm on my period. I took off one star because maybe my thighs are big, but the waist felt a little tight around my thighs when pulling them down to use the bathroom.

I bough several styles to try and I think this version was my least favorite. It is very cute but is the most tight and compressive of them all. I got the same size (L) in all and these wouldn't be comfy on my most bloated days. It is also quite cheeky which is the style and just not for my body shape. I almost recommend sizing up in this one and sizing down in others? I'll buy more Saalt products as I love the brand and now I've found what works best for me.
