My desire to take fish oils has always been trumped by the fact that I can't stand the fishy burps that I get from pretty much every brand I've ever taken.I'd say they're mostly burpless but once in a while not. Not a real complaint for me.The fish oil is easy to swallow considering it's size. I have a sensitive system and some supplements can make me queasy, even when taken with food. I didn't experience any digestive upsets after taking these. Overall, I'm very happy with it. It is quality made and has a high dose of Omega-3's for my needs. Good product.
have to have the burpless
I hate taking fish oil. The capsules are always too big, you have to take a million a day, and they make you burp fish oil. It's disgusting. I've tried gummies but you usually have to eat even more of them to get any fish oil. I like these a lot. They actually don't make me burp fish oil taste, which is nice, but you only have to take one day. I also like that it's through GNC, which is a company I know and have had good luck with in the past.
Great Quality Product. No Fishy Burps.
These are great quality & generous size bottle 120 capsules. The coating on them is a little textured which makes getting them down the hatch a little more difficult considering the size but so easy with applesauce, pudding or something of the like. 1000mg EPA/DHA Omega-3's per capsule is a good amount. One per day with food. They support heart, brain, skin, eye & joint health. I take them to help with all of them. Some products give very unpleasant fishy burps long after taking them...these do not at all. First 2 ingredients are fish body oil & gelatin. Very good product.
