The on-off for the shower head was extremely hard to operate, then the second time I used it the metal coil of the hose started to uncoil and the liner bulged out and burst. I checked the water pressure and it was 55 psi., the unit is supposed to be rated for up to 80 psi. I'm going to buy a real shower head and hose from some place else since a replacement doesn't seem to be forthcoming and even if it is, it would probably be the same low quality as the original. What good is hot water if you can't use it?
