Nice but buyer beware

This monitor was given to us as a shower gift and it seemed to be a beautiful machine but the chargers are always loose and monitor is always losing signal. But the worst part is Motorola as a company have been terrible to deal with. They use another company to deal with their product issues and they take weeks to get back to you. If this worked properly it is very nice. But choose a brand that stands by their products

used this monitor for 2 months and now the AC adapter won't charge the monitor. Called WalMart and they gave me number for Motorola twice, wrong numbers each time. Bought this for a baby registry and it's too late to return bc I bought it two months before the baby arrived. Worked great when it worked.

Absolute garbage

Bought this monitor while pregnant, only ended up using it for a couple of months and then it would not connect to the parent unit anymore. Talked to support and they told me whatever was wrong with it was not fixable so I needed a new one and to send my unit info, I did and I never heard back from them sent the email multiple times. Warranty is brutal, company is brutal, support is brutal, product is BRUTAL. I would never buy another Motorola product again.
