Big and Bold, makes a statement in my home.

I bought this sink just over 2 years ago. Next to the granite countertops, this sink is my favorite addition to my kitchen makeover. This is huge and I can immerse anything I own, including a turkey roaster pan. I have never had a quartz sink and am amazed at how long the water stays hot. I love this as much today, as I did the day it was installed. I have not used my dishwasher since. :-)

Awesome Looks, but not overly robust

Purchased and installed at the end of Jan 2020, we opted for the White Quarts. Install was a bit tricky. Very tight tolerances and the clip system could have been designed better. We love the 60/40 split and the initial looks. On the negatives, we feel that we really have to "baby" it to keep it nice. Metal pots, pans, cookie sheets etc (anything with metal) leaves an instant mark that needs quite a bit of elbow grease to remove. Additionally, we now have two small chips that have appeared. There is NO repair capability and NO WARRANTY to cover this, so we are just out of luck. Elkay's only recommendation was to purchase "bottom grids" for the basin to help prevent further chipping. If you are looking for a sink you don't have to coddle, I would try a different brand.
