The Impressions Eco Havana 50 Gallon Rain Saver reinvents how you harvest rainwater. Made with recycled material, the Havana offers a sleek exterior with dramatic multi-directional lines. With a welled top, you can plant an array of flowers or even a small herb or vegetable garden. The top also includes the Good Ideas original, integrated channel that diverts overflow to the front of the barrel and keeps your foundation from flooding. The large opening, which can be used for 2x3 or 3x4 downspouts, is covered with a soft, fine mesh, plastic screen that helps keeps out heavy debris. This rain barrel features a sturdy plastic spigot which won't rust. The molded form on the rear of the barrel can be used to mount a downspout diverter kit.

Verified Purchase
Works well. If you intent to use a hose, you will need one that isnt a traditional soaker hose you connect to a spiggot on your house. Those have washers that control pressure and as a rain barrel, the weight of the water inside will only give you a bit of a dribble.
