Excellent!
I love this product! I've been taking strong probiotics for years and always felt like they affected me too much. Then I tried this after eating poorly on vacation, and I felt such a difference. The ingredients suggest it's a stimulant laxative, but it's so gentle that I didn't feel any discomfort. The recommended dosage is two capsules, but that felt too strong for me, so I only took one capsule and had the same benefit.
