My daughter is a teenager....
and I started her on these at 12, she is now 14. I believe these are helping her acne. I weaned her down to one a day, and her acne seemed to worsen, so I brought her back to 2 a day. The label says 3 daily are the correct dose, but I also have her on other vitamins.
